Design & Engineering

WineTrend adjusts the conceptual design to provided a balance between the aesthetic look desired by the interior designer and the functional needs of the client. We provide detailed drawings and design documents to the interior designer and owner for sign-off..

Installation

Fabrication of all custom wood and metal finishes.

Pre-install site visits and continuous on-site management to ensure quality installation and design intent
Conduct on-site punch list to ensure obligations are met
Client close-out package including MEP and design specs

Consulting

Clients come to us with a project vision and in the consulting phase we develop and create the technical documents: MEP, insulation (r-value), backing and blocking.

Identify project objectives and review design drawings
Evaluate unique spacial and conditioning challenges.
Calculate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, LED and insulation requirement.
Cooling unit, heat load calculation and insulation specification documents
Test environmental devices (refrigeration, conditioners, humidifiers, lighting heat sinks, etc.)
Provide requirements, drawings and sample documentation to the contractor

Fabrication

Fabrication of all custom wood and metal finishes.
