Paul’s understanding of the importance in pairing function with aesthetic have led to the design and creation of award-winning wine displays celebrated for revolutionizing wine storage and restraint hospitality wine pairing.
Paul was awarded his culinary degrees in Paris, his sommelier certification in London, his agricultural and architecture degree in Beirut, his Invinity patents in the United States, and his eye for luxury hospitality from partnering with luxury brands and across the globe.
