Wine Trend specializes in creating wine storage solutions for hotels, restaurants, yacht and country clubs, and resorts. We combine the vision of architects and designers with the needs of the beverage and restaurant manager to create wine rooms that are functional, elegant and ambience-enhancing.
Preliminary Consultation: We gather information such as client objectives, requirements, racking material and other preferences, including budget range. This stage defines the scope of the project, its phases and the number of consulting hours required to complete each phase.
Preliminary Proposal:
· Conceptual Design and Space Allocation: This proposal shows schematics and rough layout plans, which will include our design concept and the most suitable space allocation to fit your wine storage needs within the architectural concept.
· Technical Specifications: We specify the cooling unit plus the insulation, electrical, mechanical and lighting requirements. We provide elevation drawings, fabrication and other required details, coordinating all with other designers working on the project.
· Budget Estimate: Itemized breakdown of costs.
Final Design Layout Plan and Budget: Incorporating any changes made to the preliminary proposal, this plan shows item details and any revised budget estimates.
